Could have been much worse. Somehow my scale was understanding this morning and didn't stick me with the expected big gain. After a delightful night, too -- I ate bad, too much and too late so the snoring was bad, plus I had a cramp attack around 2:00. Yeesh. Let's do better this week.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Leftover breakfast casserole
Not much to add.
Dinner: 3x tacos American style, 12 oz All Day IPA, mixed nuts, SF butterscotch pudding w unsweet coconut
Fat tacos tonight, glad I only ordered three. Good stuff.
Exercise: Nope. Rest day, and probably needed, was feeling a little beat up yesterday after playing three days in a row.
