Wow. June very much got off on the right foot. I had a couple hints that it was going to be a good morning - felt lean after golf last evening, could feel more bone than usual when stretched out in bed, just general good feels. And then I hopped on the scale and was blown away. I'm still very much fat enough that big drops are possible, I just never expect them.
Now if only I can maintain that momentum and also start getting some going at work. We'll see. And we'll see how much I rebound tomorrow. It happens.
I do think that perhaps fewer carbs yesterday was helpful, though I didn't dispose of a notable quantity of water. So maybe some tweaks along those lines would be a good idea. Certainly I plan to keep the egg casserole in the rotation as that really turned out good and reheated well.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, toast, cottage cheese
Standard.
Dinner: Lentils, 12 oz Coors Light, mixed nuts, SF white chocolate pudding w unsweet coconut
Also pretty standard.
Exercise: Nope. Due for a rest day.
