Just ate a lot of butter at lunch. And I'm impressed. Butter promotes satiety.
Used a different egg casserole recipe this week, this one calls for adding melted butter to the eggs etc before it gets baked. I can definitely tell that it's richer than my usual recipe. I was beginning to get full even before eating my poorly-toasted toast. Which is unusual.
Breakfast: Coffee

Lunch: Egg casserole, toast
This egg casserole had more eggs, a little milk, crumbled bacon, onion, jalapenos and a swiss/cheddar blend. Not exactly as written but close enough.
Dinner: Chef salad with ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite, SF butterscotch pudding w unsweet coconut
Yup. Didn't even need a snack before golf, excellent satiety from lunch. The salad was not one of their finer efforts but I still ate the whole thing.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, minimal walking.
