This month is flying by. Almost over already. I'm somewhat annoyed with myself that I haven't lost any weight this month -- I'm up a couple pounds -- but given that I've applied about zero discipline I guess it's not the end of the world. Summer just isn't a great time for weight loss, too many delicious things to eat.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and toast
Been a while it seems. This wasn't my favorite batch of soup But I did the toast differently (forgot to take out butter so I just melted a whack in the pan and added the bread) and that was delightful.
Dinner: Lentils, 12 oz Coors Light, Better Made jala cheddar popcorn, Nicks PB chocolate
It was almost 8:00 before I ate something. I was hungry. Which kinda explains the impulse buy of the popcorn.
Exercise: Nope.
