Sigh, another unsuccessful weekend at eating and accomplishing. Other than getting in quite a bit of golf, that is. Doesn't really count as an accomplishment tho.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: 3 eggs over easy, 3 strips bacon, TCD style mashed potatoes, some mixed nuts
I like breakfast but man it's slow to kick in the satiety signal. Thus the nuts.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz Coors Light, mixed nuts, SF banana cream pudding w unsweet coconut
Nuts are all gone now.
Exercise: Nope. Rest day.
