Quick recap of a bad eating day. I didn't suffer any negative scale effects from Wednesday's pizza at least.

Yup.
Lunch: Meat lover's omelette, raisin toast
New place to me, it was OK.
Also: CFA spicy, frosted lemonade
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin pep ham pork beef, Nick's triple chocolate
