I was expecting bad things on the scale this morning after eating too many chips last night. Darned salt craving. But ... it wasn't bad. At all. It's possible that it's just delayed, but for today anyway a price was not paid.
In general summer is just a pain for staying on track. Way too much eating out, eating too late, too many social occasions and so much junk food. There is stuff I can resist but definitely not all of it.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Leftover eggchilada filling, bread w butter
Same as yesterday, now out of the eggs.
Dinner: Pep ham pizza, Nick's mint chip
Long story to this and it took an extra hour to get it, but it's not worth the effort to tell it.
Exercise: Nope.
