TGIS.  Now if I could just get a button to push to stop effing eating.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast / homemade jam, coffee


Standard pre-golf breakfast out

Lunch:  Siete chips and guac, 16 oz Miller Lite

Cleanup.

Dinner:  Keto bowl with ground beef (large), Nice oatmeal cookies, SF butterscotch pudding w unsweet coconut



Out running errands.

Exercise:  18 holes w cart, average walking.
