Well, at least I didn't pay a big price for eating a bunch of effing Triscuits last night. The rest of the day being relatively OK and the modest exercise of golf was enough. Thank goodness. Need to knock that off.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Smoked sausage, a little hot bbq sauce, smoked mushrooms, bread and butter pickles
I had a work obligation where I could take a small detour and hit the BBQ place I first tried last month and once again I'm glad I stopped. They were sold out of brisket, alas, but I got a lot of sausage instead. I was expecting one fat link and instead I got three good sized ones! Plus the obligatory smoked mushrooms. Yum. Pretty reasonably priced, too - a lot of food for less than $15.
Dinner: Leftover egg casserole, 12 oz All Day IPA, mixed nuts, later - Nick's triple chocolate
Shifted the last of the eggs to dinner to accomodate the lunch stop. No problem at all.
Exercise: Nope.
