Thank goodness it's Friday. And a beautiful day.
Chain pizza in general but Hut in particular wrecks me. So dehydrated. Literally drank a half gallon of water and had a bottle of Gatorade Zero in the hours after dinner. Tons of liquid. A lot of which was retained. Between that and about five hours of recliner sleep and this morning was predictably not so good. Oh well. It'll take time but I'll drop that liquid.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Lentils, bread with butter
Should have toasted the bread, it was rather stale.
Dinner: Onion burger, chips, 16 oz Mich Ultra, 3x TB chipotle chicken burritos, choc SF pudding w unsweet coconut
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not that much walking
