Well That Is Over

Finally finished with that work obligation.  Will say no more.  Apparently eating once per day is effective for weight loss though even when you eat CRAP.

Breakfast:  Marble cornbread scramble, potatoes, coffee

Lunch:  Jimmy Johns vito, salt and vinegar chips

Dinner:  CFA spicy sandwich, frosted lemonade, chips and onion dip

Exercise:  Nope.  Woke up at 3:30 though.

Exercise:  NOPE.  Up at 5:00.
