Not a lot of pep today. Didn't get to sleep quite early enough and probably should have snoozed. Didn't. Would like to break that habit. Now if I can just not replace it with a habit of sitting around and scrolling that would be great.
End of the day add: Just not a good day. No focus, did not get much done.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, toast, cottage cheese
Standard.
Dinner: Soup. 12 oz All Day IPA. Popcorn with butter.
I had a lot of soup left and questioned whether it would be any good tomorrow (didn't freeze any because of the cream), so I had lots of soup. Burned the roof of my mouth too. Doh.
Exercise: Nope. In hindsight, should have made myself go. It wasn't bad out there early, it's a lot colder here at lunchtime and the rest of the week looks dismal.
