New soup today. Pretty good stuff. I do need to add a bowl of it to yesterday's totals, since I did more than just sample it after it was done last night.
Nothing much else, just trying to make it through the week. I did have pretty good physical pep this morning, but I have to say that mentally I am just not that into it. Is problem.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Sausage lentil soup, toast, cottage cheese
Soup is italian sausage, lentils, carrot, tomato, onion, chicken broth, garlic, seasoning. I thought it would need more seasoning but it doesn't. Works just fine as is. Big ol' bowl, too, I probably could have packaged up slightly less generous portions.
Dinner: Taco bowl, popcorn, 12 oz All Day IPA
All good.
Exercise: Nope. Same ol. Man it's going to suck making the DST switch soon.
