Not Much Punished

Didn't pay a price for last night's dalliance with pizza.  Happy about that.  Definitely had visions of some water weight hanging around for a day or two.  It's easier to justify on Saturdays when I am (usually) much more active, but whew.

Read an interesting article this morning about the link between weight gain and being sleep deprived.  I knew some of the biological stuff, but it was nice to get the referesher course.  Definitely possible that my sleep has been inadequate lately and that's contributed to the hunger.  I use the term "the hunger" as a term of art -- I may not actually be hungry, I just have a relentless desire to eat.  Lots of ghrelin.

On another subject, need to make soup tonight as I am again completely out.  Have a new recipe to try, I hope it turns out!

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  The hormonal balance is fine in the morning.

Lunch:  Soup and toast, cottage cheese


Standard.

Dinner:  Taco bowl, popcorn w extra butter, 12 oz All Day IPA



Good stuff.

Exercise:  Nope.  Same issues.
