A hearty TGIS to all. Planned R&R day, though of course I really cannot afford the time. Especially since I'll be gone Thursday and Friday. But it's happening. The burnout level is high right now.
An interesting night of sleep, to me anyway. I don't think I moved around at all, it's unusual that I can stay in one position for six hours. But I believe I did, one way to tell was the crick in my neck that resulted. Anyway, woke up at 5:30, lazed about for an hour in the recliner and then dozed off again. I don't sleep deeply in the chair but still, when I decided to get up I was rested and ready. A good feeling.
Add to last night: Halo Top keto series caramel butter pecan ice cream. There was a method to the madness and the sugar alcohols were helpful this morning.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Sausage lentil soup, toast
Yup. Really like the lentils.
Snack: Jell-O sugar free chocolate pudding made w whole milk, unsweetened coconut
Eat stuff that's on hand, that's what I sometimes say. Was good.
Dinner: Home sausage pizza, 24 oz All Day IPA
Extra beery. Pizza so good and pretty doggone easy when you've already made the dough and the sausage. If I had any room in the freezer I'd think about batching a bunch but I never do. Just the usual thin crust.
Exercise: Nope. Snowed overnight. Cold, sloppy, miserable. We need spring. Real spring.
