My prediction skills are improving, at least when it comes to my weight, especially when a binge (or coming off one) is involved. Nailed it this morning, again. OK, fine, I was two tenths of a pound off, but you know, rounding. Dumbass. I did eat a bunch (too many really) of pork rinds last night ... but my guess was higher than reality.
Anyway, the week is steamrolling along. Some work getting done but not nearly enough. It's going to be a brutal 3 1/2 days, followed by some time on the weekend.
Ordered a pair of jeans in the minimum size (2 down from my current, way-too-big pair), they came yesterday ... and they were the wrong size. Wrong waist, wrong inseam. Doh. Try again Amazon.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, toast, cottage cheese
Standard. Soup wasn't as soupy, in fact it was very much more like a stew. Finally figured out that I forgot to add any vegetable juice. Already knew that I didn't add any extra broth or water. Whatever. Still tastes good.
Dinner: Leftover meatloaf w/ Heinz NSA ketchup, Enjoy Life lentil chips dill and sour cream flavor, 12 oz All Day IPA
Enjoyed the pile of meatloaf. Ate way too many of the chips, which I bought on impulse and while good, they're neither clean nor, you know, necessary. So I probably won't buy again.
Exercise: Nope. Kinda sorta got up at 5:00 but snoozed in the chair. Despite going to sleep relatively early was still very tired. Try again tomorrow. I need to not stay too late at work tonight.
