Work division. Should be there right now, instead I'm typing this, at home, while drinking my second cup of coffee. Dawdling. Lunch, possible golf and dinner are going to take up large chunks of the rest of the day. I just ... donwanna. Even though I do need to go.
A very modest gain this morning, less than I expected actually. Knew I'd be up - chain pizza makes me thirsty and I noted before I went to bed that I was retaining. No worries.
Breakfast: Coffee, 1 slice rye bread w/ generous butter
Ran out of semolina so I threw some rye in my loaf yesterday, turned out fine. I seem to always have an odd slice when I cut it up, this morning I was happy to have one. Still went 15 hours without eating since I had an early dinner yesterday.
Lunch: Ham soup, homemade reuben (corned beef, swiss, kraut, '1000 island' dressing)
Made the soup last night, it's fine. Not the best batch I've made, but I did just wing it. Sandwich was delightful, the dressing was Heinz NSA ketchup and avocado oil mayo.
Snack: Hamburger soup, 12 oz All Day IPA
Had a runt half jar of the soup (also made last night), glad I did as I knew it would take a while to make the pizza and I was hungry when I got home from golf.
Dinner: Home pizza with italian sausage
Yum. Very tasty.
Exercise: 18 holes walking, 13500 steps. 3 hours 45 minutes, no sitting. Was 100% fine for 15 holes, a little poky the last three. I'll sleep well tonight.
