Well that's annoying. Retained fluids. Not a huge surprise, could tell it was happening. But still annoying. No sign of them working their way out yet either. Ugh.
On the plus side I did get a decent night's sleep. Feel notably more rested today, though that hasn't helped as much as I had hoped with the focus. The donwanna is strong again today.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, toast, cottage cheese
Standard.
Dinner: Dominos thin crust pep ham onion, 12 oz Miller Lite
Wasn't too inspired, consistent with how I've felt the last two days. Decided to break up my planned run of dinners and take advantage of a super cheap offer from the noid. Also, I tried Pepsi Zero Sugar this afternoon, was not a fan.
Obviously this will not help with the whole retained water thing.
Exercise: Nope. Cold, rainy, miserable morning. Went with extra dozing and don't really regret it.
