Breaking In The Middle

Lunch break.  Got to the office before 7:30 and put in 5+ solid hours before coming home.  Productive is good.  I have the carrot - if I can get this project done this afternoon I can take the evening off, relax and enjoy a little basketball.  I'll have to go back tomorrow morning for a few more hours, but if the weather cooperates I may sneak out for a few holes in the afternoon.  We'll see.

And let's see if I can keep the weekend gainz to no more than 2 or 3 pounds, it would be nice to be less fat, especially in the midsection.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.  Needed a third cup .. the last one being decaf.

Lunch:  3 eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese, 2 sausage patties, sour cream and guac, 4 La Bandeteria street taco low net carb 'keto' tortillas


Didn't have anything thawed and decided not to have straight corned beef, I was going to make rye bread but have shelved that idea for now, the timing just doesn't work.  Tortillas were an impulse buy a couple weeks ago for a cooking project that never came off.  I'm skeptical of the zero net carb claim but they're only 20 calories each anyway.

Dinner:  Dominos thin crust, pep ham onion, 12 oz Miller Lite


Sucked in by a deal.  Not many regrets.

Exercise:  Nope.  Did get up, it was raining and I hate cold rain more than any other weather condition.  Weak.
