Lunch: Keto bowl, large
Yup. What .... wat
Oh. Large.
Snack: Chips and onion dip
Yup. Oh. Not that many at least.
Dinner: Home Run Inn sausage supreme frozen pizza. 12 oz Miller Lite
Yup. Oh. Yeah. Didn't eat it last night, got home too late. So I'm skipping the homemade pizza this week. Also taste tested my new batch of sausage lentil soup, very delicious.
Exercise: Nope. Up at 5:30 but not out, very cold and windy, sub zero windchill. Time change tomorrow, oh joy.
