It was helpful, I think, to not do too much yesterday. I actually felt good physically for much of today - no nagging pains, angry knees, unhappy feet. Didn't notice anything on the golf course tonight either. So it's all good. Even though the scale predictably ticked up after way too much flour yesterday.
Breakfast: Croissant with butter, coffee (1x with cocoa butter)
Good and satisfying. I was not the least bit hungry all morning. Promising for 2MAD.
Lunch: Ham and swiss sandwich, pickle spear, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt
Standard, just used some swiss instead of cheddar.
Dinner: Meatball sub, 12 oz Two Hearted Ale
Usually eat out after golf.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, pretty much no extra walking.
