Too much eating out today but I'm not going to sweat it. Going to be some rebooting coming up.
Weird morning. I woke up at 4:00 and was ready to get up -- I went to bed extra early last night after a long day. Eventually forced myself back to sleep quite a bit later and then had trouble getting out of bed when the alarm went off at 7:00. Basically snoozed until the last minute, got cleaned up and raced out the door. Didn't feel great -- I think I'm going to lose the mattress topper again, I just think I'm sensitive to it.
On the plus side I didn't gain despite yesterday's poor food choices. Thank goodness for walking. Now if I could just get my feet, knee and ankle right that would be swell, I'd love to walk more.
Breakfast: 2 McD sausage mcmuffins, coffee
Lunch: Small package of Cheezits, CFA spicy chicken sandwich, mac and cheese
Can you really call it lunch when most of it is consumed about 4:00?
Dinner: Culvers mushroom and swiss burger, frozen strawberries with Rebel vanilla ice cream
Had to take a picture of something. Sheesh.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, quite a bit of extra walking.
