Okay, enough. Finally, I think I'm ready to make some efforts. Been a long time. Up the magical 19 pounds and they need to go. Tired of the aches and pains and nagging minor injuries that come with being heavy and eating poorly.
Breakfast: Leftover homemade pizza, bacon and pepperoni. Coffee.
I have started making smaller dough balls for smaller pizzas, deciding to go for one meal size instead of making large ones and cutting them in half. Turns out that half of one of the small pizzas is a pleasant breakfast. Long term will probably go back to skipping breakfast but for now a little meal may be helpful. We'll see. The point is to get readjusted to eating home lunches instead of fast food.
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich, Fage vanilla TruBlend yogurt
Apparently I forgot to take a photo with my backup phone. Oops. Oh well.
I may also need to latch on to some afternoon snacks for a bit. When I've got it going I'm not hungry, but until I get back to that place I need to avoid the risk that comes with letting myself get really hungry.
Dinner: Leftover "goulash" - bottom round, chopped bacon, tomato sauce, onion, spices. Mashed potatoes with lots of butter, 12 oz All Day IPA
The mashed potatoes absolutely saved what was a crappy goulash. Also kicked it up a bit and I think that helped too. I have three containers left in the freezer and no longer dread eating them. Thank you potatoes! (And butter. LOTS of butter).
Exercise: Nope.
