Another blip. Probably ate too much and too late. Didn't get enough exercise. Eating too much starch. Whatever.
Whatever?
Yes. Even though I've been briefly annoyed the past two mornings, it hasn't lasted. Because how I'm feeling is a notable improvement. Fewer aches and pains, movement is better. And the last three days at work have been top of the charts productivity-wise. That can still get better, but I'm happy to not be sluggish and to be able to focus on work. I probably ate 4,000 calories today and will be up again tomorrow but I'm not mad -- it's not that far off, it was just a bit much of everything.
Miles to go and many improvements to make, but I'm in a good place mentally. It doesn't hurt that I just crushed a delicious dinner before writing this...
Breakfast: Leftover pepperoni and onion pizza, coffee
Note to self, pizza is better with onions. Also, breath may not be. As before when I had pizza for breakfast this is 1/2 of a full 9-10" small pie.
Lunch: McD double QPC plain
Ended up running errands during lunch so I grabbed a McBurger. It was fast, convenient and reasonably tasty. Not as good as Culvers, but it was fine.
Dinner: Homemade corned beef hash -- hash browns, onions in butter, deli corned beef, 3 over medium eggs, mini container of chunky Wholly Guacamole, 12 oz All Day IPA
Ridiculously indulgent and quite good. Will probably have something similar tomorrow to clean up the corned beef and hash browns.
Exercise: Nope.
