Thank you exercise for papering over dodgy eating. Yesterday wasn't too awful but still, it wasn't great. Today will feature way too much bready stuff.
Didn't feel great this morning, not a good night of sleep though I did dream extensively. I'm guessing it will take a few days to get used to the harder surface sans topper.
Breakfast: Croissant with butter, coffee (one cup with cocoa butter)
A small reduction in food and adding cocoa butter as a step toward getting back to 2MAD. Apparently I forgot to take a photo. Oops.
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich on sourdough, pickle spear, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt
Standard in all respects. I do need to bake some bread, I have a few odds and ends in the freezer but they're all commercial loaves.
Dinner: Pizza with pepperoni, bacon and onion, 12 oz All Day IPA, 12 oz Miller Lite
It took a while to make but the payoff is always worth it.
Exercise: Nope. It was nice, honestly, to give the legs a day off. Should have found some upper body work to do though.
