I was bemused to note last night as I was brushing my teeth that I hadn't had any soda or added sugar ... and it wasn't even a consideration. It was a no brainer. Never a concern. Which was awful nice.
Last night featured several "accomplishments" that have been lingering on the to-do list for too long. I was super happy to get them done. One which may or may not prove to be good is I threw the memory foam mattress topper back on. Woke up this morning with a headache and generally feeling like I didn't react well to something overnight, the topper is a definite suspect. I'll give it a little more time before giving up on it though since the mattress alone is beyond firm.
Breakfast: Leftover pepperoni bacon pizza, coffee
Not many lights on equals dark pic. Oh well. Last of the pizzas but I made more dough so I can reload a couple more this weekend.
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt
Standard. Just sourdough, butter, ham and extra sharp cheddar.
Dinner: 3 eggs over medium in butter, 4 strips OM thick cut bacon, leftover mashed potatoes, 24 oz All Day IPA
All good.
Exercise: Nope. Will get lots this weekend though.
