Holding On To Half

Well, half the Covid 19 melted pretty quickly, the other half is hanging on.  And hanging on.  Bad eating and lack of exercise isn't helping the cause either.  But if it stays about where it his perhaps this weekend will result in a drop due to exercise.  We'll see.

Breakfast:  Croissaint with butter, coffee (1x w cocoa butter)


Standard.

Lunch:  Culvers mushroom swiss burger


Also pretty standard.  Got hungry late afternoon, not sure how much of that was dehydration.

Dinner:  Keto sausage balls, 24 oz All Day IPA


Winged it a bit on these, turned out fine.  Much less hungry now.

Exercise:  Nope.
