After a positive weekend it's back to the salt mines. I'm pleased that more than half of the covid 19 have disappeared -- you have to love water weight. A few more weeks and I'll be back to where I was in March. All it takes is somewhat more sensible eating and a little golf.
Didn't sleep great last night, had a couple of minor cramping incidents -- minor in the sense that they were not brutally painful, but still enough to wake me up and force a walkaround to try and relieve them. It occurs to me that there is almost certainly a correlation with hot weather golf days -- I drink lots of extra water and between flushing and sweating I bet I lose a lot of electrolytes. I get plenty of sodium but probably need more magnesium and potassium. Time to find the special salt that I have that has those.
Breakfast: Meijer all butter croissant with butter, 3 strips bacon, coffee
The croissants are definitely quite good. I'll have to watch for them next time I hit the store, at least as long as they don't have a negative impact. I felt quite energized despite the lousy sleep.
Lunch: Ham and extra sharp cheddar with butter on homemade rye spelt bread, kosher dill spear, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt
Sandwich was extra satisfying today, no particular reason why. Lots of butter, skipped the mustard.
Dinner: Homemade pizza with pepperoni, bacon and onion, 12 oz All Day IPA
One of the most delicious pizzas I have made. Just glorious. It was a lot - relatively big dough ball - and I'm quite full. As a bonus, I have second pizza for later this week.
Exercise: Nope. Considering doing something, but it's already after 7:30. We'll see.
