Time races on.  So much to do.  Yikes.

Breakfast:  Coffee (w/ cocoa butter)

Lunch:  Leftover keto sausage balls, Fage cherry TruBlend yogurt



Dinner:  Meatball sub, pickle slice


Good as usual.  I may need to eat something before golf on Tuesday,

Exercise:  9 holes with cart.  Pretty low energy tbqh.
