Another Monday. SO not ready. So tired this morning.
Breakfast: Coffee. 0 calories.
So late I barely even got coffee ... my machine had already switched off (it does so after 2 hours) I had dawdled so long!
Lunch: Leftover chili mac, some Meijer guac flavored tortilla chips
Dinner: 4 takeout mexican style tacos with cheese, a few Lays potato chips, a big bowl of ice cream
Exercise: Sigh, no.
Total Calories: Hmm. Guessing about 4,500.
