At The Least It Is Friday

Phew.  Made it through the week.

Breakfast:  McDonalds sausage mcmuffin, coffee

Lunch:  Egg scramble with ham, onion, green pepper, american fries, cheese, sausage gravy, crumbled biscuit.  Coffee.

Fantastic stuff
 Went to a different place, had this.  It was very good.  This was the half order!

Dinner:  Ham and bacon pizza.

Now all this needs is crushed red pepper and parmesan...
This is very good.  And very very bad.  For me.  It's also expensive.  Must stop.

Exercise:  Nope.

Total calories:  Dunno.  6,000?  It was a lot.
