Back to work. Here we go.
Breakfast: Sausage strata casserole (egg, whole milk, cheddar cheese, sausage, onion roll, dry mustard), coffee. 610 calories.
We call this EGG DISH |
Lunch: Cheese sandwich (2 slices sharp cheddar on onion roll with mustard), leftover chicken noodle vegetable soup with extra chicken. 750 calories.
We have achieved BOWL MAXIMUM |
Dinner: 4 takeout mexican style tacos plus cheese (cilantro, onion, beef), hot sauce. est 1200 calories.
So delicious, so needed, so not the plan. |
Also: Some triscuits and bar cheeze (gone now), a sleeve of saltines, caramel corn. est 1500 calories, but that's just a guess. Feeling like crap, eating the crap. Definitely going to be less of it on hand now!
Exercise: Nope. Had plans, got sick.
Total Calories: 4,160 est. If I had stopped at tacos it would have been okay.
