More More More Fail

Just fail.  So it goes.

Breakfast:  Leftover egg dish.  500 calories.

I only ate about 2/3 of it.  Just too much.

Lunch:  Lee's Famous Recipe.  2 spicy strips with Ranch, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, biscuit.

carb count ~ 8,000
Haven't been there in a while.   It was too convenient and I had so little time.  Lame excuses, tasty lunch.

Dinner:  Qdoba bowl with chips.

Light on the cheese but a ton of guac, so many calories were consumed.
Dependably delicious.  Not good for me though.

Also:  Saltines (which are now gone) and lemonade (ditto).

Exercise:  45 minutes core and arms

Total Calories:  A lot.
