Lunch: Lee's Famous Recipe. 2 spicy strips with Ranch, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, biscuit.

Light on the cheese but a ton of guac, so many calories were consumed. |
Also: Saltines (which are now gone) and lemonade (ditto).
Exercise: 45 minutes core and arms
Total Calories: A lot.
