Minor Upside

Feeling slightly better today.  Not close to 100% but not horrendous.  Also not energetic or enthusiastic.

Breakfast:  Leftover egg dish.  Not pictures, mid-morning McDonald's coffee.  610 calories.

Didn't set up coffee, barely had the initiative to reheat egg dish.

Better the second time.  Not a bad breakfast at all.

Lunch:  Leftover chicken noodle vegetable soup, turkey and cheese sandwich, saltines, 12 oz Simply Lemonade.  1,120 calories.  Stupid saltines.

Almost out of saltines, will not rebuy.  Stupid empty carbs.

Dinner:  Little Caesars pepperoni pizza, crazy sauce, lemonade.  2,645 calories

Another epic fail.

Exercise:  Nope.

Total Calories: 4,375.  Only about twice what I'm supposed to eat.  Yeesh.
