Just Not Understanding

Sigh.  I don't know why my brain doesn't get the message.  The one that says "I've had enough food, thanks, you don't need more".

Not a good day today.  Not energetic at all, not enjoying work, etc etc.

Breakfast:  Taco Bell sausage crunchwrap, coffee.  630 calories.

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken burrito bowl with chips, 1,500 calories.

Dinner:  Domino's Pizza.  ~ 2,500 calories (est)

Exercise:  45 minutes core.  Good workout.

Total calories:  ~ 5,000.  Yeesh.
