Another one of those days.

Breakfast:  Taco Bell sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl, chips

Dinner:  Jack's frozen pizza, Lays chips. lemonade

Also:  Small bag of plain M&Ms

Exercise:  45 minutes core and legs.  OK workout.  Kept the heart rate up.

Total Calories:  Oh lawd,  4,500ish.
