Yup.  FAIL.

Breakfast:  McDonald's sausage mcmuffin, coffee

Lunch:  12" Subway ham and pepperjack, bag of pretzels, 1 mini hershey bar

Dinner:  Brisket burrito, chips and guac, grape Powerade

Exercise:  Nope.

Total Calories:  Not sure.  Let's go with 5,000 as an estimate.
