Maybe ... Butnah ... But Maybe

Starting to feel more positive about actually doing this.  Pretty disgusted by how I eat when I binge.  I may actually try the 2 meal system.  Or possibly just eating something minor at breakfast.  It'll just be a matter of deciding what to eat.

Breakfast:  Coffee.  0 calories.

Oh, I know, there are a couple of calories in coffee.  I'm okay with rounding it down.

Lunch:  Can of Bush's Cocina Latina frijoles charros machacados beans, ~ 4 oz deli turkey, chips and onion dip.  1,020 calories (est.)

Trust me, it tasted a lot better than you would think from the picture!
I'm just guessing on the chips and dip calories.  The beans and turkey were well within the acceptable range.

Dinner:  4 takeout mexican style tacos with hot sauce, lemonade.  Grilled cheese.  2,000 calories (est.)

Not pictured: Grilled cheese and lemonade.
Monday night taco night is so good.

Exercise:  Nope.

Total Calories:  3,020 (est.).  Still quite a bit over.
