The WIM isn't there.  Don't feel like doing anything.  Anything at all.

Breakfast:  Tim Horton's biscuit with sausage, 10 pc TimBits, coffee

Lunch:  Qdboa chicken burrito bowl, chips

No idea why I like this so much.  Oh, maybe because of FREE QUAC
Dinner:  Little Caesars pepperoni pizza and crazy sauce

Exercise:  40 minutes hybrid core and arms.  Good workout.

Total Calories:  About 5,000 I guess.  FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL
