Holy cow, January is almost over already.  Yikes!

It wasn't the best day, it wasn't the worst.  It was the kind of day that you look back on and say "Oh.  So that's why I'm fat."

Breakfast:  2 McDonald's sausage burritos, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Leftover chili mac, a few Lay's potato chips, a few Alexia sweet potato puffs, limeade.  Ice cream for dessert.

Exercise:  45 minutes arms and core.  Good workout.

Total Calories:  Too discouraged to count, probably about 5,000.
