Yeah, I was way, way off today. Ate too much last night, stayed up late due to that and kinda paying attention to the baseball game and oof. Dozed for maybe two hours, was up for a couple, then maybe got a couple more before I had to get up.
Also made for a waste of an evening, I napped when I got home, didn't do much and went to bed early. Good to get the rest but yikes.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w jam, coffee
Standard. Almost forgot a photo.
Lunch: Pepsi, gatorade, TB supreme box
Ate lunch about 3:00. A couple golf bevs. No beer today.
Dinner: Jala good crisps
No dinner. Debated having something but couldn't work up enough initiative to cook or fetch.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart
