Good Flat

Not ready for another week but here we go.  Disappointed to be tired this morning, felt like I slept okay.  Oh well.

Good to be flat on the scale, I expected to be up a fair amount.  Now I just need to get back on track.  Today should be a step in the right direction.

Breakfast:  1 oz sharp cheddar, coffee

 


Back to the fancy cheese.

Lunch:  Breakfast burrito - tallow tortilla, 4 eggs scrambled, 4 sausage links, cheddar cheese, Siete botana sauce.  A few remaining chips

 

 

Tasty.  Excellent satiety too.

Dinner:  3 mexican style tacos w avocado, 12 oz Yuengling

 


I have lots of beer in the fridge, I should drink it.

Exercise:  Nope.
