With More Exercise

Almost to the end of the month.  It's gone by fast.  And given how much I have to do, that sped-up timeline is going to continue.  I am hopeful that someday when I have fixed things and have a solid record of being on track that I will be less sluggish in the mornings.  I've been starting so slowly, it's pathetic.

Scale was down this morning, which was nice.  In this case it was about the exercise.

Breakfast:  Lazy bagels w chive and onion cream cheese, coffee

 


Again.  As usual very tasty but zero satiety.

Lunch:  None

Ran out of time before golf, had planned to grab a cheeseburger.

Dinner:  Grilled sirloin, mashed potatoes, salad no dressing, 12 oz Miller Lite

 


Good stuff.

Also TB surpreme box with pepsi, a few marshmallow pinwheels, caramel peanut clusters. 

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.  I am suitably tired.
