I have to say, I felt lean this morning. Not skinny, just lean. Or leaner might be a better description. I am after all still rotund. Anyway, the scale confirmed.
Not much else to report. Worked late, will do so again tonight.
Breakfast: 1 oz sharp cheddar, coffee, donut
Birthday at work meant donuts, this one was actually quite good.
Lunch: Culvers bacon deluxe, fries w ketchup, coke
Not ideal.
Dinner: Pizza Hut thin pep ham beef, breadsticks, pepsi
Even less ideal. Probably will have a chocolate milk too.
Exercise: Nope. Thought I did walk a few blocks for work.
