Well, despite dubious eating, it was a good scale morning. I think getting 8+ hours of sleep helped with that, as well as things not being completely out of control. I did, however, have the full triad of starch - potatoes (chips), flour (tortilla) and corn (tortillas) so it's not as if I was good.
But whatever, we're results based around here and I'm happy about it.
Breakfast: 1 oz sharp cheddar, coffee
Again. And again does the job.
Lunch: Breakfast burrito -- 4 eggs scrambled, 3 slices thick cut bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado, bolana sauce
My wrapping skills are not elite. Tasty tho.
Dinner: Dominos ht pep ham beef bacon onion, parm bites
Ugh.
Exercise: Nope. I do feel like my leg and knee are improving slightly. It may be some time off after golf season will allow for healing.
