I'm just trying to limp through the week and get to the weekend. It's not been good.
Surprised to see the scale down this morning. It will be up tomorrow.
Ugh.
Breakfast: 1 oz sharp cheddar, coffee
Again.
Lunch: CFA spicy + pepper jack, fries, strips, coke
Disappointing. It was okay but clearly inferior to recent visits.
Dinner: Jet's ultimate pep, pepsi
Wildly excessive. Maybe a snickers too.
Exercise: Nope. This weekend will be a test.
