If they handed out medals for being able to gain weight rapidly, I'd get the gold.  Easy.  Sheesh.

Anyway, I'm dawdling getting back on track, but that needs to happen.  I'm annoyed with the regain.

Breakfast:  1.5 oz sharp cheddar, coffee, donut

Again. 

Lunch:  Italian beef, fries

Yum.  Also TB stacker, cantina chicken soft taco, pepsi

Dinner:  Chili cheese dogs, fries, onion rings, coke

Also yum.   And also taco Maiz chips

Exercise:  Nope.
