TGIF.

Scale was unexpectedly kind, up only fractionally.  Given how I felt this morning - and all night, really - I expected to be up five pounds.  Ugh.  It is way past time to grow up and stop the wild overeating.

Breakfast:  Pretzel bagel with veggie cream cheese, coffee

Tasty.

Lunch:  Double cheeseburgers, fries

Local place.  Also tasty.

Dinner:  Chili cheese dogs, fries, coke

Yeah.

Fourthmeal, CFA strips, brownie, Jacksons salt and vinegar avo oil chips

Exercise:  Nope.  While rest has definitely improved the legs, they're not going to hold up.  This weekend may be rough.
