Chickened In

I need to get serious about getting back on track.

Made mashed potatoes last night.  Hoping to make soup this evening.  Beans this weekend.  If I do that I should have a freezer full of most of my non-breakfast rotation meals.  Then I just need to get back in the habit of eating from the freezer.

Which shouldn't be that hard, but right now we're in a phase where everything sounds good.

Breakfast:  1 oz sharp cheddar, coffee

 


Had to fight off temptation to get something more.

Lunch:  CFA spicy plus pepper jack, fries, coke, strips

Plenty.  Snacked a few chips too.

Dinner:  Culvers bacon deluxe, fries w ketchup, coke

 Excessive.

Exercise:  Nope.
