Last day before vacation. Super busy. Let's go.
I certainly understand why a lot of diet pundits don't want you to weigh more than once a week. It can be maddening watching the scale gyrate. But I'll take the hits when I earn them, I'd rather keep a closer eye on it and continuously think about what might be more successful and what might be holding me back. Scale was up a bit today, but not at all unexpected. Worrying about it will resume after vacation. When, probably I will need to watch the carbs more closely and get going on daily dedicated exercise.
Breakfast: 2 oz Cabot seriously sharp cheddar, coffee
Again.
Lunch: Leftover bison meatloaf, 1 C mashed potatoes w butter, cornbread
Last night's leftovers plus a cup of mash from the freezer. Excellent. Really liked the meatloaf. And I honestly think I'd be super happy eating at least one meal a day of just meat and mash.
Dinner: 3 cheese dogs in tallow tortilla w cheese and mustard and dill pickle. Also a hot fudge sundae
Vacation commence.
Exercise: Nope.
